Notice: applying this to your agency.
The IT Project Resources are not meant to replace your agency’s internal project management practices or prescribe how you must operate. Instead, they offer concepts and tools that can strengthen delivery by providing a scalable framework for project level coordination. All project documentation should be maintained throughout each stage in alignment with agency policies and, where applicable, WaTech requirements and oversight expectations.
Monitoring change adoption and readiness ensures that impacted individuals and groups are prepared to use the new solution and that early feedback is captured during the go‑live window. Using the OCM Plan and communication strategies developed in earlier stages, teams assess real‑time user sentiment, identify adoption risks, reinforce key messages, and provide targeted support. Programs, agencies, and projects track readiness indicators to ensure a smooth transition into live operations. Ensure impacted individuals and groups are ready to adopt the new solution by capturing real‑time feedback and reinforcing change messaging.
For Programs:
Monitor enterprise‑wide adoption and readiness indicators. Coordinate messaging and support for impacted groups.
For Programs with Agency‑Led Sub‑Projects:
Agencies deploy go‑live pulse surveys within 24–48 hours. Enterprise team synthesizes results to identify adoption trends and risks.
For Projects:
Monitor project‑specific adoption readiness and gather real‑time feedback.
