Fees for Service: 

Description Monthly Fee
Fee per Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) $0.31 per FTE
A Base Charge per Customer Agency with more than 50 FTEs is added $250

* Note: For numerous State agencies, this is an allocated service, meaning monthly fee is pre-set for Biennium and money allocated in agency budget by OFM.  For more information see Allocation – Enterprise Services Rates.

Government entities are invited to complete a Secure File Transfer Service Request application.

The SFT test site (sft-test.wa.gov) is provided for our customers to test processes, validate planned changes to the SFT environment, and use as a training resource. All of these activities should be done using test data only. Please do not use the site as production as the site is not monitored or secured to the same extent as production. Likewise, there is no service level agreement provided for the SFT test site. This site can have an outage without notice. If you plan to do extensive testing, please provide notice to WaTech, and additional support may be arranged. The test site does not have after hours support (only Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. unless pre-arranged.
