The HR Data Mart (HRDM) provides access to data in PAY1, the former state payroll system. PAY1 was used prior to 2006. Agencies can look at payroll, employee position appointment and employee history data. Data “snapshots” for pre-defined time periods are available in the HR Data Mart.

Data between 2001 and 2006 is available. Data for 1994 to 2006 is available by request for information via Customer Support, .

Is there system support for writing data queries?
No, agencies must write their own queries.

There is system support for technical issues, such as the system being down. If you experience technical difficulties, or need help establishing system access, please contact Customer Support.

Can an agency obtain an employee’s Social Security number through the HR Data Mart?
Only the agency that employed an individual has access to that employee’s name and Social Security number.

Does the HR Data Mart have information on legal actions related to an employee’s history?
No, the agency employing the individual is responsible for keeping records related to employee history. The HR Data Mart only contains a list of actions related to employee history, such as dates when an employee was promoted or changed job positions.
