WaTech is launching a new Service Catalog on Dec. 11 to simplify access to WaTech’s services, ensuring customers can easily find the solutions they need.
The new catalog was developed with input from six partner agencies and WaTech’s business areas. Customer feedback showed WaTech’s existing catalog is difficult to navigate and didn’t clearly show the full range of services WaTech provides. In response, the new catalog was developed with the following guiding principles:
- Customer-centered design: Created with input from six partner agencies of varying sizes to ensure services are clear and accessible.
- Collaboration across silos: Services are integrated to provide a seamless experience.
- Efficiency-first approach: Focused on delivering modern, time-saving solutions with improved results.
- Cost transparency: Simplified rate structures and bundled services for easier understanding.
- Clear navigation: Streamlined business services with detailed technical information available as needed.
The updated catalog consolidates over 70 technical services into 13 focused business services, making it easier for customers to explore WaTech’s offerings. Technical details will remain accessible within each service description for customers wanting additional details.
To support the rollout, WaTech will release instructional videos and presentations during upcoming governance meetings to help customers navigate the catalog and answer questions.
