Washington Technology Solutions established the online Master Service Agreement (MSA) application to expedite the contract execution process. This application is designed to permit an individual with the authority to bind its organization to a contract to execute an MSA with WaTech. The MSA is the prerequisite to an organization's receipt of services from WaTech.
