Event Recap

The Washington State IT Industry Forum & AI Summit held March 25 was a huge success with more than 250 attendees. I’m deeply grateful for the time, enthusiasm, and energy everyone put into the event. It was a great way to network, share knowledge and generate ideas for the future!

I especially want to thank all the state agencies that hosted tables, providing invaluable opportunities to meet with industry vendors and create a better mutual understanding of the state’s needs. The agency involvement was crucial in bridging connections between the public sector and industry leaders, fostering a collaborative environment where ideas can flourish, and lay the groundwork for ongoing partnerships and advancements.

The roundtable workshops at the summit focusing on AI were also a big hit with attendees, fostering a space for thought-provoking discussions and collaborative learning. I want to thank our volunteer facilitators for guiding the roundtable conversations. They ensured the workshops created meaningful discussions.

This success lays a solid foundation for future events, and we are already looking forward to our next gathering this fall. Details will be shared soon, and we hope to count on your participation once again for what promises to be another remarkable gathering of minds.

Thank you to everyone who made this event a milestone in our ongoing dialogue about the future of IT and AI.
