This service offers a range of productivity tools and resources.  Whether you’re collaborating with a team, other organizations, or organizing your personal tasks.  This provides the ability to serve multiple agencies via a common, cloud-based service that Washington state agencies can benefit from shared resources (such as existing data centers, computers, operating systems, software applications and maintenance). Other advantages include on-demand access, enhanced security and mobility, and streamlined efficiency.  For M365 G5 license increase please contact WaTech.

Products available are:

  • M365 – a range of applications and services designed to enhance communication, collaboration and productivity.
  • Teams – a powerful collaboration platform for chat, video meetings and file sharing.
  • Teams Telephony – a calling solution featuring voice and video communication seamlessly connecting teams, customers and partners.
  • Exchange Online – Manage emails, calendars and contacts seamlessly
  • SharePoint Online – collaborative platform to facilitate teamwork and streamline document management with your organization
  • One Drive – Store and sync files securely in the cloud
  • InTune – a cloud-based unified endpoint management service designed to simplify device management across various devices. 
  • eFax – an online fax service that simplifies sending and receiving faxes via email.
  • AvePoint M365 cloud backup – a solution delegated back to the customer to manage backups

M365

$6.50 per budgeted OFM FTE count/per month.

Teams Telephony

M365 Teams Telephony Management fee - $1.75 per user or resource account per month.

Toll-Free numbers are available for a rate of $0.06 per minute  

WaTech offers 2 models:

  1. Microsoft PSTN
    Microsoft PSTN is where the dial-tone for calling is provided by a Microsoft-managed Telephony Carrier that is connected directly to the Cloud. Each user account or resource account will also be required to purchase the following Microsoft monthly subscription License from Microsoft.
     
  2. WaTech Direct Routing
    WaTech Direct Routing is where the dial tone for calling is provided by a WaTech managed telephony carrier that is connected to the cloud to a highly available on-premise session border controller located in both Data Centers. WaTech Direct Routing fee - $2.75 per user or resource account per month.

AvePoint M365 Cloud Backup

AvePoint M365 Cloud Backup is easily integrated into the Shared Tenant and can be delegated back to a customer so they can manage their own backups.  

AvePoint M365 Cloud Backup is an opt-in service.  WaTech charge back to the customer is vendor licensing cost plus 5% per user/year, and covers the following services in the M365 Shared Tenant: 

  • Exchange Online
  • Exchange Online Archive
  • SharePoint Online
  • Teams
  • OneDrive
  • Project Online 
  • Planner
