This service covers a broad spectrum of secure online interactions, including websites, mobile apps, and various online services, ensuring a smooth and inclusive user experience.

Service capabilities

  • Authentication and access - provides self-administered single sign-on access to multiple agency applications, shields online services from harmful activity, and allows access only to known (authenticated) users.
  • Inclusive design - human-centered design, website development, support and hosting, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Resident experience - accessing Washington state government services
