WaTech’s TBM program has created multiple kick start tracks to help agencies advance their TBM programs. The kick starts enable powerful data insights by “lighting up” additional report collections within the TBM software. The program works with agencies individually to agree upon desired outcomes and tailor the onboarding process to these goals. During an initial meeting you will discuss your agency’s needs, see the art of the possible through an interactive demo of the TBM software, brainstorm incremental goals to reach outcomes, and identify who in your agency needs to participate.
Kick Start Tracks
The kick start tracks are a collection of templates, video resources and individual sessions with the WaTech Program Office to reach the agreed upon desired outcomes. The program currently offers 3 kick start tracks designed to deliver the following data insights.
Application & Business Track – Understand the fully burdened cost of IT systems categorized by your agency's lines of business. Promote accountability of IT dollars to business services and investments for business-driven modernization efforts.
IT Planning Track – Transform to dynamic, real-time, and collaborative planning of IT investments.
Cloudability Track – Leverage a modern tool to accelerate cloud growth and track investments in emerging technology.
