Strategic Technology Programs convenes business and IT leaders in development and execution of the IT Enterprise Strategic plan and assist agencies in aligning to the goals of the plan, as well as with the priorities of the governor and the Legislature. We achieve this by implementing and adopting industry best practices and reusing and sharing technology resources. 

To support your agency’s mission, goals and objectives, this service offers consultation and tools to support a current portfolio management approach that combines technology and business planning. The service facilitates data-driven discussions between IT executives and business executives about the value and costs of technology.
