The program has drafted both a vision and strategy for implementing Enterprise FinOps. This is being reviewed and will be finalized Jan 2026. Enterprise FinOps seeks to implement transparency and tools for both agencies and WaTech to gain better insights into cloud spend and cost efficiencies.
