OLYMPIA, WA - Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) today announced the addition of a new Toll-Free customer support number. The new number, 855-WaTech1 (855.928.3241 or 360.586.1000), provides unified support to customers, and one contact point to get in touch with the agency.
WaTech provides technical support and assistance to citizens, state agencies, counties, cities and tribal governments as well as nonprofits. The agency aims to provide a trusted technical foundation and create efficiencies that better serve customers.
The new number will provide a few simple routing choices and the option to press 0 for all other requests. All existing WaTech phone numbers will remain the same and customers can continue to dial any of the current numbers they are most comfortable using to contact the agency.
