Minimum Project QA Activities-Readiness Assessment
Purpose
The Readiness Assessment evaluates key project areas, including aligned business value, SMART objectives, agency readiness, detailed planning, governance, resource commitments, stakeholder engagement, methodologies, change management readiness, future stages, and risk management. The assessment ensures sufficient detail in project planning, evaluates organizational readiness for change, and identifies risks with mitigation plans. The resulting report includes a cover letter attesting to independent preparation, a summary-level readiness assessment highlighting critical issues, and a detailed narrative of findings, risks, and recommendations. This ensures the project is prepared to proceed and aligns with organizational goals and best practices.
