SAW Multilingual project

Progress to date: April 5, 2023

• The SAW Multilingual project is now complete as of Feb. 15, 2023 and is transitioning to an operational state as of March 15, 2023.

Project background

This SAW Multilingual project will implement a structure for additional languages within existing SAW workflows, beginning with Spanish.

Project objectives

Objective 1: Identify and document all language on the five SAW workflows.

WaTech will review the current five workflows to identify and document phrases that will be translated.

Objective 2: Update SAW workflows that have been translated into Spanish.

The Account Creation, Login, Add a Service, Access a Service, and Help/Chatbot SAW workflows will be updated with Spanish translations. WaTech will perform internal QA, then promote the release candidate to https://test-secureaccess.wa.gov for customer testing. WaTech will then conduct external usability and accessibility testing prior to moving into production.
