Effective customer engagement and satisfaction are critical to WaTech’s mission. WaTech Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) serve as the primary contact for customer agencies.

The BRMs establish and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction with agency products and services. They help customers understand our service offerings and pricing structure. The BRMs work with customers to determine what technology solutions are available to meet their business needs. They also gather feedback and recommendations to help WaTech improve the delivery of products and services.


  • Single-point-of-contact for customers providing a streamlined approach to accessing WaTech’ services.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships built on a thorough understanding of business needs, goals, and objectives.
  • Close collaboration with WaTech leadership, service owners and technical teams to ensure that customer business needs are being met.
