Communications and Productivity Service Project
The Communications and Productivity Service consolidates multiple essential tools into a single, predictable offering. This initiative is designed to simplify agency operations, reduce costs, and align with statewide modernization priorities.
Design Review Transformation (DRT) Project
WaTech launched the Design Review Transformation project to modernize and unify design reviews through a customer-centered, data-driven and collaborative process that reduces delays, strengthens consistency and improves the agency experience.
SecureAccess Washington (SAW) Replacement
This project will accelerate the replacement of legacy SAW by rapidly migrating supported applications to the modern platform, while refining support and onboarding processes for state agencies.
Security Service Edge (SSE) Onboarding Project
WaTech is implementing the Security Service Edge (SSE) as an enterprise offering to replace the Virtual Private Network (VPN) service. The new cloud-native security solution will integrate Secure Web Gateway, Cloud Access Security Broker, and Zero Trust Network Access.
