Jen Smith is a cybersecurity professional focused on safeguarding critical infrastructure and pioneering innovative solutions. Currently serving as a Compliance and Risk Assessment Analyst at WaTech for the State of Washington, Jen develops agency risk assessments, new security polices, and leads the enterprise cybersecurity training programs. Her background spans diverse sectors including government, education. healthcare, military, and maritime engineering. She brings a wealth of experience to her role, having managed projects ranging from system upgrades to research and development initiatives. Jen has a Master of Cybersecurity & Leadership and an MBA from the University of Washington.
