Purpose
The Quality Assurance (QA) provider delivers a baseline QA plan within 30 days, detailing methods, criteria, reporting templates, and timelines, subject to agency approval. Regular QA reports assess project performance across areas such as scope, schedule, budget, quality, team management, communication, governance, risk, vendor management, training, and deliverables. Reports include executive summaries, detailed narratives, risk assessments, and recommendations, tracking trends in risk and project progress. As implementation nears, reports focus on readiness and transition planning. The QA provider also delivers a lessons-learned report within 30 days of project completion or termination to support continuous improvement.
