Ensure training, communication, and impacted group engagement strategies are finalized for go‑live. This is a key time to consider the end user, customer impacts, and how messaging will align for customer focus and ensuring customer centric focus on implementation.

For Programs with Agency‑Led Sub‑Projects
Agencies finalize local change management activities and communication plans. Enterprise team ensures consistency and alignment with enterprise messaging.

Update the project’s OCM plan with final training, communication, and impacted parties engagement activities.
