Notice: applying this to your agency.
The IT Project Resources are not meant to replace your agency’s internal project management practices or prescribe how you must operate. Instead, they offer concepts and tools that can strengthen delivery by providing a scalable framework for project level coordination. All project documentation should be maintained throughout each stage in alignment with agency policies and, where applicable, WaTech requirements and oversight expectations.
The Go‑Live command center serves as the central hub for real‑time monitoring, support, and issue resolution during the go‑live window. Building on the Operational Support Plan and other Stage 4 and Stage 7 deliverables, the command center coordinates cross‑team activities, manages escalations, and ensures rapid response to user and system issues. Programs, agencies, and projects activate their respective command centers to support a stable and well‑managed transition into production. Establish a central hub for monitoring, support, and issue resolution during the go‑live window.
For Programs:
Activate the enterprise command center and coordinate cross‑agency operations.
For Programs with Agency‑Led Sub‑Projects:
Agencies activate local support hubs. Enterprise team integrates agency hubs into centralized command center operations.
For Projects:
Activate the project‑specific command center and begin real‑time monitoring.
