Overview
Our Communication & Productivity Service provides you with your computer/network credentials through active directory and also includes a comprehensive array of products and tools for collaboration, including but not limited to Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams for meetings and chats, Teams Telephony (phone service), eDiscovery, Intune, Contact Center, and eFax.
Business value
Agencies receive enterprise communication products and tools without the cost and resources to stand up their own services, secure exchanges of information, trust in agency employee identity and the identity of other Washington State Agency employees. This service will streamline operations, improve productivity and create efficiencies for the agency business and IT teams. Our focus is to work with our industry partner and continue to modernize the service with new and improved features while maintaining high levels of security, resilience, and reliability.

Service capabilities
- Workforce Identity and Access – Providing secure authentication and authorization to your computer and the state network.
- Productivity Suite – Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams for meetings and chats, Teams Telephony (phone service), Intune, Power Platform, and other Microsoft tools.
- Telephony services – offering voice communication tools including contact center, electronic fax (eFax) and managed 911 service.
