The TBM Program monitors statewide IT spend by capturing data on new expenditures (IT Acquisitions), ongoing expenditures (Maintenance and Operations) and spend between agencies (EL Charges - Data Processing InterAgency). Agencies exceeding $10 million annual IT spend actively participate in additional reporting exercises that aligns their expenditures to IT Resource Towers. IT Resource towers are an industry defined standard of high level technology cost categorization. Reporting through the TBM program supports the IT Spend Biennial Report and the state IT Portfolio reporting metrics.
