Audience: All agencies; including program and project management professionals, technical leaders, as well as individuals supporting agency PMOs. It includes specific roles like Project Manager as well as Vendor and Contract Managers.
What: Stage 4 configures, develops, and integrates the solution, updates technical documentation, and prepares for structured testing. Customer insights continue to inform decisions about usability and workflow.
