Audience: All agencies; including program and project management professionals, technical leaders, as well as individuals supporting agency PMOs. It includes specific roles like Project Manager as well as Vendor and Contract Managers.
What: Stage 5 finalizes data mapping, interface development, and conversion routines to ensure data quality and system connectivity. This stage ensures that customer information is accurate, secure, and ready for use in the new system.
