Heidi will review what services are provided within the Security Allocation.

Scott will present on the SAW/SEAP services WaTech provides.

Change Managment: Margaret Larkey and CAB
Margaret will provide an overview of WaTech's Change Management process and how that relates to customers.

Telephony Demo: Eric Talberg
Eric will present the Telephony services provided by WaTech. Additionally, will give a demo of the latest Avaya/Skype client.

Open Data vs Security: What is the right balance?: Will Saunders
Will plans to review data.wa.gov and privacy.wa.gov and provide a time to answer questions related to Washington State agencies with regards to open data.

Cloud Highway Update: Scott West
Scott will provide an update to plans being made to implement the Cloud Highway for Washington State agencies wanting to participate.

Heidi will review the WaTech key performance indicators posted in the WaTech Dashboard.

CTS Wireless Service Update: Heidi Brownell

CTS will provide an update on the new CTS Wireless Service, which is already in production at approximately 30 locations across the state and growing. The update will provide information about this secure mobility option available for agency employees, roaming employees, and guests.
